They charge a fee for every blackjack hand of 50¢. When I asked the server, he said the hotel keeps it so I had to tip again. There is a 20% service charge on top the the room service listed prices (when I finally got a menu) that I would have expected was the built in tip. The worst thing was the nickel and diming. Annoying that there was no hotel info in the room stating pool times, amenities, room service times, etc. Minor maintenance things that should have been caught and fixed like the toilet seat that was barely hanging on.
Burn holes in the curtains and on the tables, fitted sheets were too small for the beds and kept pulling off and the room wasn't particularly clean. The hotel was not very nice for the price (almost $200 per night) I was glad to have a smoking room but the hotel needs some tlc.
